When considering Mayfield please note:

Mayfield is bungalow with all rooms on the ground floor however we do not have wheelchair access to the house. There are 4 steps up into the house.

We do not allow guest’s dogs into Mayfield as we have our own resident dog and cat, who whilst very welcoming towards human guests find it unsettling to accept strangers of their own species in “their” home!

Since we do not have family or twin rooms we do not accommodate children under the age of 12 years or infants even with their own cots.

Mayfield is fully non-smoking, it is an offence under Scottish law to smoke in Mayfield. We do not object to guests smoking respectfully (away from windows) outside in the garden, or go for a short walk round Happy Valley.
